Annual Meeting 2025

Our Redeemer’s Annual Meeting is
Sunday, January 26th, 2025.

It begins in the Eucharist at 9:30AM with the Rector’s sermon, adjourns for lunch in the Great Hall after the service, and continues in the Great Hall with business proceedings and votes.

What is Annual Meeting?

Annual Meeting is the time every year when the parish gathers to conduct important business of the parish. After we worship together, we hear updates about parish life, our plans for the future, and our finances. We elect our new lay leaders, approve a budget for the following year, and engage in conversation about our hopes and plans for the coming year.

It is a great time to get to spend time together as a community and learn about our shared life. The potluck lunch is always great! As is the annual slideshow of photos from the preceding year!

Who can attend and participate?

Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend—it is open to the public! You can attend and participate both in-person and online; voting is only possible in-person this year.

All adults who are members of the parish can vote. In the Episcopal Church, a person becomes an adult at age 16.

Youth and children under 16 are certainly welcome to stay in the Great Hall for the proceedings, but Mtr. Emily will also be offering a Sunday School program and games in the Meeting Room at the same time.
